The further development of the path
Finding Ways...
From isolated sessions to a coherent path
My 1:1 work already follows a clear logic: mapping patterns, identifying leverage points, and implementing changes that increase autonomy.
In parallel, I am developing a broader path architecture– a programmatic structure that allows people to:
- work with themselves in a more systematic way,
- understand how their own dependency patterns are embedded in larger systems,
- and progress along a sequence that balances guidance with self‑responsibility.
Self‑help and knowledge transfer
The path is intended to support two main movements:
1. Self‑help and regeneration
Participants can regenerate along structured modules, using tools and frameworks that are normally only accessible in intensive 1:1 work.
2. Supporting others responsibly
For some, there will be the possibility to use this knowledge to better support others in overcoming addictions – without overstepping ethical or professional boundaries.
The same principles apply here as in my coaching work: no guru models, no hidden dependencies, no promise of painless shortcuts.
Connection to training and platforms
Over time, elements of this path will be:
- integrated into the professional trainingfor coaches, therapists, and medical professionals,
- and connected to the partner sites LEERZEIT (knowledge space) and UNLEER(applied programs).
The idea is not to create yet another closed system, but a transparent path whose logic can be understood, questioned, and adapted by autonomous adults.
As development progresses, this page will be updated with more concrete outlines of the modules and how they can be accessed.
