Bridges to Horizons - Future Header

Knowing and living in the here and now is essential. At the same time, it is not enough if we want to navigate structural change, increasing dependencies, and systemic overload in a sustainable way.

This section outlines how I think about the future of society, the role of new platforms, training for professionals, and prevention. It also points to the path I am currently developing for self‑help and knowledge transfer.

Use it as a timeline and orientation hub to explore what is emerging.

Knowing and living in the here and now is essential. At the same time, it is not enough if we want to navigate structural change, increasing dependencies, and systemic overload in a sustainable way.

  • The other sites

In addition to this site, there are two partner platforms under construction: leerzeit.com and unleer.com.

    - LEERZEIT will be dedicated to the global field of dependency – a structured knowledge space for understanding voids, patterns, and systemic risks.

    - UNLEER will focus on teaching, training, and program work – applied formats that help fill what has been empty and operationalize autonomy.

Both sites extend what you find here, without changing the calm, 1:1 focus of thomaspuhl.com.

  • Training and Education

Education is good, but in this field, targeted further training for professionals is urgently needed.

Together with specialists from medicine, psychology, philosophy, and secular spirituality, I am working on an interdisciplinary training program for coaches, therapists, physicians, and related professionals who work with dependency and complex human systems.

The aim is not another abstract certificate, but a method that is effective, efficient, and ethically clean – and that can be integrated into existing practice.

  • Prevention

Prevention is often treated as an afterthought, activated only once a concrete problem is visible. That is a paradox of our time.

Done properly, prevention means understanding risk structures early, strengthening autonomy, and protecting human capital – not merely flagging “problem persons” for process optimization.

I work with organisations and decision‑makers on prevention concepts that preserve people as the core resource and turn impaired capital back into part of the solution.

  • The further development of the path

Alongside my 1:1 work, I am developing a broad program architecture for self‑help and knowledge transfer.

    Participants will be able to:

    - regenerate themselves along clearly structured programs,

    - lead their own processes with more autonomy,

    - and, where appropriate, meaningfully support others in overcoming addictions.

Parts of this architecture will later integrate with the professional training program and with the partner platforms.

  • Partners and philanthropic Allies

Building new training fields, scalable prevention formats, and freely available knowledge infrastructures is a long‑term task. Not everything that is socially necessary can be financed through classic consulting or coaching fees.

For philanthropically oriented partners who want to support evidence‑based, autonomy‑driven work on dependencies and prevention, this FUTURE area is the natural starting point for a conversation.
